So super easy, quick in and out! I bought a used car as is, but paid for the extra warranty because I was pretty sure the rear differential or transfer case was going out. So knew it would probably need to go to the shop. (Used 2011 Cadillac CTS) Thank god I did, because the rear diff did go out as well as the transfer case. The warranty people have been great to work with, there was even an issue where it looked like my miles had rolled back on car fax. But they opened the claim and worked with me making sure it would be covered. So far so good! These people have been great! Will purchase from here again. They seem pretty honest and do what they can to help get you into a car! THANK U!

Good selection and straight forward prices no pressure sales nothing shady. They seemd very honest and transparent. Unfortunately the pacifica( they even took the price down some because of the check engine light and stated that just got it from auction and didnt have it on lot very long)I bought from them had a cracked block but they replaced it at their expense even after signing papers that vehicle is sold as is and final. I will definitely be a returning customer.
